Delivery Hours: 10am - 9pm Free delivery within 3km of any All's Well Location. If you're outside of 3km, you need to order at least 100 RMB worth of grub. All's Well has also reserved the right not to deliver to any place they don't really feel like going to. Bummer...

Bless Them
"Bless Them." Said in a slightly condescending way. I like All's Well: the staff are warm and polite, the place is clean, it is not expensive.
How not expensive? 19 kuai for a Western breakfast - sausage, eggs, bacon, toast, coffee or milk. Just don't ask them to have the eggs sunny side up, because they seem incapable of cooking eggs so the white is firm but the yolk soft, bless them. Their Sunday buffet isn't a bad deal: all you can eat and drink (inc. beer) for 50 kuai; the buffet food isn't as good as their regular stuff, but for 50 kuai it's OK (the beer last time I went was Tsing Tao large bottles, so they're not skimping by selling the 2 kuai Keller). Call ahead to check the buffet is still running, the manager should speak English.
Sometimes they give out coupons to try new dishes on the menu for free.
Plus, it's a great for a student to come and focus on homework for a few solid hours in a location with no distractions.
All's Well Cafe - Some things not well
The 19rmb breakfast used to be 15rmb until recently. But I guess that price was too good to be true and couldn't be expected to last long.
I wish they didn't keep that anchor butter in the freezer. That stuff is impossible to get on your toast. All the same, it's a decent breakfast for the price, even if half the stuff is cold or uncooked when you get it.
I wish they would be a little more willing to take delivery orders. I've phoned in a few times, and ask "Can you guys deliver today?" and they say "yes" -- but then when I ordered two breakfasts, they say "Oh sorry, we can only deliver pizza."
Other times they just say "Sorry, today we can't deliver." And that's fine. I just think they should stop advertising that they can deliver.
All in all -- If the place wasn't so cheap, I wouldn't touch it.

Cycle 8 Blocks for a 19 RMB order?
Hehe, during the Davos conference, when motorbikes were barred from the streets, didn't you order a delivery breakfast, a whole 19 kuai's worth, to get it delivered 8 blocks away by a red faced guy who had cycled there for you order?!
I generally agree, it is not gourmet food, but the price is far from gourmet. I would give it a fair judgement, especially since we can sit there in comfortable sofas for, literally, hours, having ordered just 19 RMB of stuff, getting refills of lemon-water and sometimes discounts the next time we come.
Free WiFi too, although slow.
Pizzaboy Delivery Service
It wasn't All's Well that delivered during Davos.
They wouldn't do such a thing.
It was my peeps over at Pizzaboy.
